Shipping Charges

All prepaid orders above ₹500 qualify for complimentary shipping at no additional cost. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal cash handling fee is applicable. Please note that this fee is non-refundable in the event that you initiate a return on your order.

Order Delivery Time

We move quickly! Since we manufacture our own garments and manage our inventory in-house, orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Estimated delivery timelines vary based on your delivery location:

Metros: Orders are expected to arrive within 2 to 3 business days following dispatch.
Rest of India: Deliveries to other regions are expected to reach you within 4 to 7 business days after shipping.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated timelines and may occasionally vary due to unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be able to track it in real time. A notification containing a tracking link will be sent to you via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp for your convenience.

You may also monitor your order status directly through your account on our website by following these steps: navigate to the top right corner of the page, select 'Orders', and then click on 'Track Order' against the relevant Order ID.

Reverse Pickup

In situations where your delivery location is not serviceable for reverse pickup by our courier partners, we may ask you to self-ship the product back to our return address. In such instances, the shipping charges incurred by you will be fully reimbursed upon submission of a valid courier receipt as proof of dispatch.
